張宏銘透露表現:「很多民眾對於麵製品的定位都是『買回家備糧』,通常一次大量購置後,比及有需要再煮來吃,再次提示民眾購置麵製品後,應依前述體例妥帖保存,並注意利用刻日。建議民眾采辦時應注意製麵場所的情況潔淨,例如磅秤是不是乾淨、麵條是不是保留在冷藏櫃等。」

「麵條」是很多人的家常美食,但大師買麵回家自己煮,必然要知道分歧種類的麵條有分歧的保存方式,像是生麵、熟麵、乾麵,留存方式都分歧。食藥署在臉書發文默示,除針對分歧品項要擺放在准確的位置上,也要注意包裝的完整度和保存刻日,才能吃得安心又健康。

除此以外,食藥署也提示各人,購買麵製品時,建議針對不同類型的麵製品,採取分歧留存體式格局。遴選麵製品時,特殊是生麵製品,可以先聞聞看,是不是有刺鼻味,若麵製品顏色太白,則可能添加過氧化氫,建議不要購置,最好遴選包裝完全的麵製品。

中華穀類食品工業手藝研究所研究員張宏銘暗示,麵製品遵照加工製程可分為生麵、熟麵與乾麵製品,生麵水份含量最高、其次為熟麵、水分含量起碼為乾麵,占整體14%以下。

乾麵:常見麵條與麵線,透過乾燥、曝曬,讓麵條、麵線水份含量降低,是獨一建議可於常溫留存的麵製品,市售產品如關廟麵、麵線等都屬乾麵製品,只要包裝完全,保存在陰涼乾燥處,一年之內都可食用。
