明（30）日低壓帶逐步接近，臺灣東北部、東部及大臺北區域有局部短暫陣雨，其他地域及澎湖、金門、馬祖為多雲到晴，午後有局部短暫雷陣雨，早晨至上午西半部地域亦有局部短暫陣雨；晚起基隆北海岸、東半部（含蘭嶼、綠島）沿海及馬祖易有長浪産生，提示民眾多加注意。
